Juicing Day 1
Brandt and I have decided to try out juicing.
Our plan was to go for 2 weeks, straight juicing, but after spending $80 on what ended up being basically 1.5 days of “food”, we’re afraid it is going to be too expensive, so we’ll see how it goes/what changes we decide to make.
Last night we made our meals for today (I had a banana for breakfast, juiced for lunch, he got juice for breakfast and lunch…we didn’t make enough for me to have juice for brekky too). We’ll make our dinner for tonight, tonight.
Day 1’s “meals” included: lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, kiwis, strawberries, oranges, apples, celery, pineapple, lemon…and I think that is it. A lot, but we wanted to try it out and see what we liked etc. We made one drink for dinner last night too as a tester round, with basically all the same ingredients, just different amounts.
